The support offered to your back is very important in an ergonomic chair. The part of your back that is most associated with pain when you are not sitting properly is the lumbar region, from just below your ribs down to the coccyx. This part of your spine curves inward, and if it is not properly supported while you are sitting it tends to be forced into a straight position that causes a great deal of pain. An ergonomic computer chair should have an adjustable lumbar support than you can adjust to suit the natural angle of your spine.
3.Add a feature cushion at the centre: With the classic two cushions on each side, you can also add a feature cushion at the centre of the large 3 seater sofa. This just-arrived piece can be of a small size, have any different texture or shape. Just mind in the gaps between them as they should not look all packed.
What I prefer about the HT 125 over the Sanyo massage chair is the foot massager. Both have a massager that needs to be manually moved to either the calf or foot - HEC-SR1000K can also be moved to massage behind the knees and the Achilles tendons - however, the massager on the HT is much better. The massager can also grip your ankles so you get a full body stretch (as mentioned above) but the Sanyo doesn't have this ability, so there's no full body stretch available.

You should not count on effects like thickness since they do not promise any quality, however, what matters is the way it is made and the comfort and hold up it gives to your body.
